GNEE STEEL recently conducted a thorough quality inspection at its steel grating manufacturing partner’s facility, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality steel solutions to clients worldwide.

During the visit, our quality control team carried out critical tests to verify the performance and compliance of steel grating products. The inspection focused on key quality parameters, including zinc coating thickness measurement using a precision Fischer Dualscope MPO gauge. As shown in the on-site testing photo, the measured coating thickness of 56.27μm, alongside supporting data confirming consistency and uniformity, meets and exceeds the required standards for corrosion resistance—a core performance indicator for steel grating used in industrial platforms, walkways, and infrastructure projects.
