Galvanized steel grating is the ideal solution for wet, slippery environments where corrosion resistance is essential. Our mild steel gratings undergo hot-dip galvanizing in a specialized bath with 7-tank surface cleaning process, using 99.95% pure zinc. The galvanized coating complies with IS-3202/IS-4759/IS-2629/IS-2633/IS-6745, ASTM-A-123, or equivalent international standards.

Also known as metal open bar grating, welded bar grating is available in two surface types: smooth (more popular) and serrated (offering superior skid resistance).

Manufactured from low carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, press lock grating is created by bonding slotted bars under hydraulic pressure. This strong, durable solution is ideal for stair treads, platforms, walkways, and covers. Serrated surfaces provide enhanced anti-slip properties.

Primarily made of aluminum or stainless steel bars, swage locked grating is formed by inserting cross bars into pre-punched bearing bars and locking them under hydraulic pressure. Available in three bearing bar types: rectangular, T-bar, and I-bar (with I-bars being lighter and more cost-effective).
